Our customers have gate access 7 days a week, from 6 am until 10 pm. Special hours are available. All units are drive up accessible.

We are located at the intersection of Rt.522 and Rt.33, just 7 minutes east of Louisa and 4 minutes south of Mineral.

Advanced Cylinder Locking System

Our lock is a cylinder lock that cannot be cut with bolt cutters. The lock is included free with the move-in.

Leases

Leases are on a month to month basis, due on the 1st of the month. First month is prorated based on the move-in date.

Discount

Discounts are available for 6-month and 12-month prepaid rentals.

Easy Pay Method

Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

Restrooms

On-site restroom is available inside gated area and inside the manager's office.

Pest Control

Each unit is cleaned, and sprayed for insects before you move in.

Supplies

We sell boxes and moving supplies.

Moving Assistance

We provide a hand truck to assist in your move.

Service

Personable on-site management provides convenient office hours and is available by appointment when needed.
